As a parent myself, I have mixed feelings about these pics... On one hand, I can see why the parents thought it would be funny (for some of the pics!) but on the other, I wouldn't do this to my kids...

Apparently, there is a documentary coming up in March, which will feature disgrunted "Star Wars" fans who have a thing or two to say to the maker of "Star Wars" about how the franchise has evolved compared to their expectations. LOL. It's HIS film, for Christ's sake!! He can do with it whatever he wants...

I first got interested in Voltaire about 20 years ago (OMG, I'm so old...LOL) and it's been a life-changing experience, truely... In my childhood/adolescence it was very common for printed media to include aphorisms, and Voltaire seemed to feature quite often, so I quickly remembered his name. I later decided to check some of his other stuff and I liked "the ring" of his full name- Francois-Marie Arouet, I liked repeating it and "rolling the Rs". :-) ...

I can't wait for this film! I can't WAIT!

It's been a while since I've been excited about a forthcoming film, but this is it- I LOVE. LOVE. LOVE the trailer and the promo shots. Everything is done increadibly well- and the trailer is a big selling point- the sounds, the colours, the action- OMG! Just to mention that I still haven's seen Cameron's "Avatar" and am not really dying to, cause the trailer really ruined it for me...
So, here it is- "The Last Airbender"'s trailer... You'll sure be hearing more about this from from me :-P

Oтдавна не съм очаквала с нетръпение филм да се появи на големия екран, но тази година със сигурност има един. "Последният повелител на въздуха" изглежда повече от обещаващо, ако се съди по трейлъра и промо-снимките- визията, музиката/звуците, костюмите, екшъна, природните гледки и панорамата- всичко е изпипано майсторски (за сравнение- трейлърът на "Аватар" на Камерън ме отказа да го гледам на големия екран).
Със сигурност няма да е единствения пост по темата, очаквайте включване :-P

Twilight-detox- part I

So..I recently quit the Twi-fandom...

Long story short- I guess after almost 9 months of blogging, I just had enough.

I felt burnt-out.

Maybe I was starting to feel the Twi-blogosphere too much like a bubble, where everything the people associated with Twilight did was "extraordinary"...Maybe it was the overwhelming amount of news and non-news that had be reported daily, like a Twilight-CNN or something. I don't know.
