LOL. This structure is situated at the entrance of the port terminal outside the town of Odessa in Ukraine. I am sure the visitors are impressed and wonder if it's some Eastern European autobot from "Transformers" :-)). Update: Information on this Ukrainian website (in Russian) says that that the 10m-tall construction was built by the company TransInvestService as a signpost for visitors who earlier had a difficult time finding their port terminal. It also helped them get rid of an old bus and two ZIL-trucks as well as various other metal scrap.
Допълнение- според инфо на тази страница, aвтоботът е построен от ТрансИнвестСервиз на входа на техния пристанищен терминал като ориентир за посетителите. Досега посетителите трудно са откривали терминала, но 10 метровия гигант, който се вижда отдалеч е решил проблема. За конструкцията са използвани стар автобус, 2 ЗИЛ-а и друг метален скрап.
